Large jacquard fabric, also known as large-pattern fabric, is a large-scale pattern woven by a jacquard machine. The number of warp yarns in the complete pattern is as small as several hundred and thousands.
The large jacquard is based on one tissue (ground tissue), and the other one or several different tissues have a pattern on it, such as plain weave and satin flower. Sometimes it is also possible to use warp and weft yarns of different colors to give the fabric a large colored pattern. Can also be used with different fiber types, yarn counts and different warp and weft density to make a variety of styles of jacquard fabric.
Jacquard tissue is widely used in textiles such as bedding, curtains, blankets, and craft drawings.
